About The Position

Aramark is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Heat Relief Attendant to support our summer Heat Relief program. This role is responsible for ensuring beverage equipment is stocked, clean, and operating properly while delivering a high level of service to our customers.   This is a seasonal, part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends), with shifts available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts from May through September.This is a seasonal role and is not eligible for benefits.   The Heat Relief Attendant plays a key role in maintaining product availability, supporting customer needs, and ensuring a positive on-site experience.Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a role requiring interpersonal skills preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing demands
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
  • Willingness to travel to nearby locations on short notice

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a role requiring interpersonal skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Unload and stock daily inventory at customer sites, ensuring product freshness through date code monitoring
  • Maintain appropriate product levels to prevent outages
  • Assist with ordering and replenishment of beverages and related products
  • Clean and maintain beverage equipment during each visit
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to equipment as needed
  • Report service needs and call in maintenance requests when necessary
  • Communicate with customers and client employees regarding product availability and new offerings
  • Distribute promotional materials and merchandise product displays
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Use a laptop or handheld device to manage inventory, orders, and invoicing
  • Communicate regularly with the Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding service updates, issues, or opportunities
  • Report customer concerns, service gaps, or competitor activity
