About The Position

The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) represents Roche locally, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders like policymakers, regulators, and payers. They identify shared goals, co-create and implement solutions to improve healthcare systems, aiming to achieve better, faster, and sustainable health outcomes for patients.
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation, unlock value, and improve outcomes for society by:
Identifying, engaging, and managing ecosystem stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between Roche and the healthcare community.
Following the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model to foster collaboration and acting as a connector and problem-solver both internally and externally.
Analyzing healthcare ecosystems to identify trends and use insights to influence Roche strategies while sharing the company’s expertise with the ecosystem.

Requirements

• A deep understanding of healthcare systems, excellent customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, commercialization strategies, and customer experience excellence are key desired skills.
• Fluent in the local language.
• Proficient in English.
