This role exists to bridge that gap and position the firm as a leader in Workforce & AI Transformation. This Partner role is designed for a senior healthcare leader with deep client credibility and a builder’s mindset. The mandate integrates two responsibilities: owning and growing strategic healthcare client relationships, and defining, building, and scaling a new market offering focused on Workforce & Human Transformation in the AI era. The goal is to help healthcare organizations reimagine work and drive better outcomes. The leader will achieve value through growth and trust in key healthcare client relationships, leading Workforce & AI Transformation offering across the Health Segment, bridging functional ability with technology adoption, firm‑level credibility and executive influence, and a new capability that others can sell and deliver. The Partner serves as the senior executive responsible, the client partner, for a portfolio of priority healthcare clients, responsible for relationship strength, account performance, and delivery outcomes. This is a build‑and‑scale mandate focused on the human implications of AI across healthcare.
