As an Inside Sales Agent you will: Engage in consultative sales conversations with warm leads, identifying their needs related to chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or mental health support, and guiding them toward insurance-covered VR-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) solutions. Strategically manage objections, transforming hesitations into opportunities to highlight Better Health’s unique value proposition and how it can help member’s needs. Build trust and nurture relationships through meaningful conversations, guiding leads toward becoming Better Health members. Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the medical conditions we support, ensuring clear and confident communication. Continuously refine your outreach strategy using QA feedback, analyzing call performance, practicing mock-calls and applying lessons learned from previous interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
