Our remote ISA team is consistently converting, booking, and producing at elite levels—and now we’re expanding that success in-house at our Gainesville headquarters . You’ll work side-by-side with executive leadership , inside a system-driven, performance-focused environment built for people who want to master conversations, drive outcomes, and grow fast. Serve as the primary responder for inbound company inquiries , professionally assessing needs in real time, setting high-conversion appointments, and routing clients, partners, and opportunities to the correct internal team or leader Contact and engage inbound real estate leads using phone, text, email, and smart follow-up systems to create immediate momentum Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to uncover motivation, timing, and readiness—not just surface-level interest Leverage AI-powered tools to prepare for calls, personalize outreach, summarize conversations, and sharpen next steps Qualify prospects efficiently and accurately using proven frameworks, live coaching, and real-time data insights Set high-quality appointments that convert—aligning client needs with the right agent partner Execute consistent follow-up at scale using automation, reminders, and human judgment to ensure no opportunity is missed Track activity and performance metrics inside advanced CRM and dashboard systems to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with leadership and the ISA team to refine scripts, workflows, and AI-enhanced processes as we scale Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications That Matter) We’re not looking for a résumé. Proven comfort on the phone , whether in real estate, inside sales, customer success, or another high-conversation role Confidence handling live inbound and outbound conversations , adapting quickly, and thinking on your feet Coachability and personal discipline —you take feedback seriously and apply it fast Strong ownership mindset —you don’t need to be chased to follow up, prepare, or execute Curiosity and openness to modern tools , including AI, CRM systems, and performance dashboards Professional presence and judgment , especially when representing the company on inbound calls Willingness to work in person at our Gainesville headquarters and be part of a collaborative, high-trust team environment Experience in real estate is a plus — but not required .
