The Healthcare Director oversees and promotes the camper's and staff's general health and safety. They are responsible for maintaining the camp health house, administering medications, advanced first aid care, reviewing health histories, health screening checks, keeping accurate and detailed records, and ensuring that all health and wellness standards are met. This role may coordinate the transportation of campers and staff to outside health facilities as needed. Compensation for this position is $186 - $196 per day, with the starting rate dependent on previous employment at GSWW camps. For the 2026 season, overnight camp staff will divide their summer between Camp Robbinswold (located in Lilliwaup, WA) and Camp St. Albans (located in Allyn, WA). They will begin at St. Albans for the first week of training, then transition to Robbinswold for the second week. Staff will work three one-week camper sessions at Robbinswold, take a short break, and then complete three sessions at St. Albans.
