About The Position

Join Sadler Health Center and make an impact! We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst I to support our mission of advancing community health through inclusive, high-quality, and compassionate care. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about data analytics and healthcare quality improvement. What You'll Do Design and maintain automated data pipelines for extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources (EHR, payer platforms, external databases). Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to deliver actionable insights across clinical, operational, and financial domains. Automate recurring UDS, HEDIS, and PCMH data extracts to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity through validation and transformation using SQL, R, or Python. Collaborate with IT and Quality teams to enhance data architecture and support value-based care initiatives. Provide technical support and train staff on self-service reporting tools. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data cleaning and analysis. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical processes for non-technical audiences. Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). Familiarity with EHR systems, quality improvement models (PDSA), and healthcare quality analytics.
