About The Position
This position is a customer service call center position with a Pharmacy Benefit Management company. 90% inbound calls and 10% outbound calls to follow up. Representatives will be taking up to 80 calls per day from either Medicare Part D members, insurance companies, Physicians offices, or Pharmacies. #priorityeast25
Requirements
- 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting
