About The Position

This position is a customer service call center position with a Pharmacy Benefit Management company. 90% inbound calls and 10% outbound calls to follow up. Representatives will be taking up to 80 calls per day from either Medicare Part D members, insurance companies, Physicians offices, or Pharmacies.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting
  • Must be available for an 8-hour shift Monday - Sunday between 5:00am - 10:00pm.
  • Mandatory 10 hours of Overtime per week.
  • Will work weekends.
