About The Position

A Special‑Project Team Of 10 Consultants Will Support An Over‑Capacity Campus Support Center. If You Thrive In Fast‑Paced Environments And Enjoy Helping Patients Navigate Their Care, This Role Is A Great Fit. You’ll support a high-volume care coordination team by making outbound calls to patients regarding pharmacy refills, annual wellness visits, ER outreach, and new authorization needs. Additional project work will be assigned by leadership as priorities shift.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Care coordination or call center support
  • Prior authorization
  • Insurance verification / benefits verification
  • Data entry (high accuracy)
  • Excel skills: hide rows/columns, copy, paste, filter
  • Medical terminology
  • Outbound calling experience

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients regarding pharmacy refills, wellness visits, and ER follow‑up
  • Support new authorizations and insurance/benefit verifications

  • Complete Excel-based tasks (hide, filter, copy, paste data)
  • Assist with special projects delegated by leadership
