About The Position

Join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) and play a vital role in supporting Wound Care professionals. You’ll help streamline billing processes, ensure compliance with payer requirements, and deliver outstanding customer service—all while building valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare-related experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify orders for product placement based on payer requirements.
  • Collect and analyze documentation such as medical records and prescriptions.
  • Partner with clinics and field staff to secure missing information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support team members.
