About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating and schedule appointments between members and healthcare providers, providing direct support to members regarding their coverage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Bilingual
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new products, systems, and policies.
  • Demonstrated skills in courtesy, empathy, timely resolution, value creation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to pass computer and typing assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with established procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Address customer needs and expectations in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Resolve questions related to policies and benefits.
  • Respond quickly to customer concerns, delivering effective solutions and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
