Oversee day-to-day operations of Kroger Health locations within the division to ensure operational excellence, including adherence to best practices, successful execution of company strategies and achievement of financial targets. Provide expertise in divisional operations-related functions such as labor management, training, and scheduling of providers. Collaborate with the division's Human Resources (HR) generalist and Kroger Health HR to facilitate the progression of technicians through training programs.
