About The Position

Provides professional support for end users of corporate computers and their associated networking, hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides technical support for healthcare information systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and assists end-users with software configurations. Produces and maintains documentation in support of IT equipment. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from troubleshooting complex operating errors to managing IT assets and providing technical training to staff.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Health Technical Analyst I)
  • An additional one (1) year experience in a related field (Health Technical Analyst I)
  • Experience providing technical support in healthcare environments preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Health Technical Analyst II & III)
  • An additional three (3) years experience in a related field (Health Technical Analyst II)
  • An additional five (5) years experience in a related field (Health Technical Analyst III)
