This individual is responsible for managing customer relationships, executing contract rollout activities, coordinating business reviews, and supporting contract operations. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with field sales, contracts administration, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of account plans, drive contract utilization, and maintain alignment with customer expectations.
