There's nothing we won't do to support the successful aging of those who live here.  Your Opportunity We are seeking a Health Services Support Coordinator[Full-Time] whose primary responsibility is to provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Nursing and Administrator while serving as a key point of contact for Residents and families. This role assists in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by addressing inquiries, coordinating information, and serving as a backup resource for Central Supply and Nursing scheduling as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare admissions, customer service, or reception is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support to the DON and Administrator, including assisting with communication, documentation, and coordination of daily activities
  • Serves as a professional and responsive point of contact for Residents and families, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Collaborates with staff and leadership to facilitate smooth communication between Residents, families, and team members
  • Functions as a backup to the master scheduler, supporting staffing coordination, shift coverage, and schedule adjustments
  • Provides support to the Health Information Management(HIM) department, including assisting with record maintenance, filing, data entry, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPPA and facility policies.
