Health Services Supervisor - Weekends
About The Position
EastView at Middlebury is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers with supervisory experience to support our residential care neighborhoods on the weekends. We are seeking 2 Health Services Supervisors; one to cover Weekends 6:45 am - 6:45 pm, and one to cover Weekends 6:45 pm - 6:45 am. This is a benefits eligible position that requires 24 hours of work per week. The Health Services Supervisor role combines hands‑on caregiving with team supervision to ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care. Requirements
- 5+ years direct care experience, including 1+ year in supervision
- 2+ years medication administration experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, resident‑focused team
