Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environmental, or related field
• 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Experience leading audits and incident investigations
• Skilled at employee training and safety engagement
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE systems

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Manager with daily HSE activities and programs
• Lead HSE team and drive safety culture at site level
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and permit compliance at the site
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Deliver employee training and safety programs
• Review supplier and subcontractor compliance
• Maintain reporting systems and HSE performance data
