HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
About The Position
To create and sustain a positive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture for 2 US-based warehouses using a structured approach that integrates leadership commitment, employee engagement, and continual improvement. The role requires a blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and analytical skills to lead HSE programs, assess risk and monitor performance ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations, Atmus internal requirements, and ISO14001/45001 standards. Location: Walton KY - Onsite Travel Required and Percentage- Once or twice a quarter or twice a year to Dallas per the hiring managers discretion. Days/Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday - 8am to 430-5pm is a REQUIREMENT (You MUST take into consideration drive time and commute time if you live outside of Walton KY)
Requirements
- Significant experience (>5 years) in a related field, such as safety or environmental management, is required
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 430-5pm is a REQUIREMENT (You MUST take into consideration drive time and commute time if you live outside of Walton KY)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing or distribution environments preferred
- Previous experience of supporting a multi-site operation preferred.
- Familiar with ISO 14001/45001 standards with experience with HSE management system audits preferred.
