About The Position

We are excited to announce we are seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist on behalf of a partnership with our Client and IQVIA. The Health IT Leader will serve as primary point of contact for our Client and provide administrative and management oversight as the primary link between the IQVIA team for all operational and human resources/personnel needs. This individual will work closely with the Health IT Specialist to provide coaching and guidance on aligning business objectives & strategy, team performance and professional development. Health IT Team Lead The Health IT Team Lead will have the same primary functions of the Health IT Specialist and will also provide coaching and mentoring for Health IT Specialists. The Health IT Team Lead will report to the director of the Health IT Teams, and will be responsible for the following functions: Serve as primary point of contact for the CV Health IT field team, and primary link between the Health IT Team and the Director for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Health IT team Same “Primary Functions” as the Health IT Specialist with a (70% Field/30% Lead split) Assist director with backfill recruitment, interview, and selection of Health IT Specialists Provide field team feedback to Director for project insights and evolution Complete performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline, and termination of Health IT Review and approve expense reports, monitor compliance with expense policies Conduct field visits with Health IT Specialists in person and remotely Works closely with Health IT Specialist to provide coaching and guidance on aligning business objectives, team performance and professional development Assess and monitor field activity and work schedules Along with Director, implement performance or disciplinary plans Credentialing, and time sheet approval Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic team meetings Communicate with Health IT Director on a regular and timely basis Maintain business and clinical knowledge of the Health Technology landscape including current strategies, current and pending competitors, and new innovative developments. Increase Company’s visibility among the field matrix team. Identifies, establishes, and maintains collaborative relationships with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and customers. Participate in Health IT education for matrix partners and/or customer through presentations and meetings during visits Provide effective approved presentations to internal and external audiences and tailors presentations to meet specific needs of the audience. Identify and communicate key patient safety issues, as it related to the EHR Facilitate the identification of customer educational needs around Health IT. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in support of EHR resource needs Maintain EHR expertise through comprehensive education including attendance at relevant conferences, workshops, and review of key journals. Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies in all aspects of the role. Address administrative and reporting needs on a timely basis or as requested by management, including documenting of Health IT activities as required. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
