A Day in the Life The Surgical Portfolio of the organization strives to enable earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complication-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less-invasive surgical solutions. In this role, you will partner with other members of the Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement (HEPR) team as well as other business colleagues across the Surgical operating unit to develop data-driven resources to support patient access. The Health Economics Analyst will be skilled in structuring data for analysis, building repeatable reporting workflows, and visualizing key insights in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other value communication platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with US healthcare data analytics including U.S. healthcare coding (HCPCS/CPT, ICD-10) and Medicare payment systems; they are interested in value analysis to drive commercialization and adoption of key products.
