Covid-19 vaccine is strongly encouraged, however not required The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of planning and facilitating activities and events primarily for Health Center Residents at Westminster Village. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be actively involved with Residents and focus on Resident satisfaction. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will also work with all department staff, volunteers, community outreach programs and entertainers.

Requirements

Education, preferably a BA in recreation or other field related to care of seniors.
Has experience in working alone and in developing events/programs.
Dedication to senior population and their unique needs and concerns.
Capable of sensitive and effective communication both verbally and in writing to professionals, residents and families, entertainers, educators, and staff members.
Ability to manage multiple objectives and tasks.
Has demonstrated creativity relative to event planning and communication.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
