About The Position

The Lead Account Manager/ Client Advocate (LAM/CA) at Relive Health is responsible for marketing, sales, and client education. Must have experience with HRT, Medical Weight Loss, IV treatments, regenerative services, and aesthetics. The LAM/CA is responsible for relationship management between the provider and the client. This position is the direct point of contact with clients and ensures that their needs and expectations are fully met. Personal interest in fitness and wellness is paramount for this role.

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience, specifically in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptides, IV Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, and regenerative medicine, is ideal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve company-set objectives
  • Maintain patience and composure while managing client care
  • Ability to work productively and effectively in an unsupervised environment
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing Exceptional Client Experience: Tailor personalized wellness solutions with discretion and expertise.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with empathy and in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with prescribing physicians to strategize and implement personalized care plans.
  • Brand Engagement and Marketing: Showcase the Relive Health brand to other businesses and at community events.
  • Demonstrate mastery of product and service knowledge, articulating the value proposition to clients.
  • Administrative Oversight: Exercise discretion in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Navigate software and systems effectively, maintain meticulous documentation, and facilitate seamless client interactions.
  • Provide strategic feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the health center.
  • Client Satisfaction and Feedback : Proactively address concerns and challenges to ensure each client’s journey with Relive Health is characterized by satisfaction and excellence.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to implement solutions for enhancing client experiences and outcomes.
  • Executive Oversight and Leadership: Motivate and manage the work of others, ensuring KPI’s are met.
  • Maintain production and sales records accurately and facilitate team member training and development.
