We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator who manages all aspects of Health and Safety of facility personnel through managing established health and safety programs. Compensation ranges from $84,005 to $98,000 with bonus potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety walks with leadership and safety teams.
  • Perform contractor inspections and programmed safety audits per TC standards.
  • Manage change processes for machines, work areas, and safety communications.
  • Address and resolve employee safety concerns promptly.
  • Oversee environmental compliance tasks: hazardous waste, stormwater inspections, and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports on schedule.
  • Lead Safety Team meetings, agendas, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate safety programs, including audits.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate safety training schedules and ensure completion in partnership with HR.
