About The Position

Central Maine Community College is seeking a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a stipend position with compensation of $10,000. This position is an opportunity to lead a program with a proven national track record of excellence, both on the court and in the classroom. • Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Recruiting student-athletes who align with the program’s culture and expectations
• Developing and sustaining a highly competitive program at the conference and national level
• Establishing and maintaining clear expectations for academic success and personal accountability
• Supporting the holistic development of student-athletes
• Organizing and overseeing practices, competitions, and team travel
• Representing CMCC with professionalism within the conference, community, and national landscape
