Head Teller - Bedford (9:30am - 6:15pm)
About The Position
Tellers welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner; accurately process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments); balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current FTWCCU policies. In addition to running a teller drawer, the Head Teller - Bedford supervises and assists tellers with complex balancing and other work-related problems. Other duties include filing CTRs, MILs, and SARs as needed, ensuring that all incoming mail payments and deposits are processed in a timely manner, handling member complaints, and balancing the vault and ATMs.
Requirements
- Must have 2-5 years of teller experience in a financial institution
- Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and superior customer service abilities
- Proficiency with basic office functions is also required, including IT Skills (maneuvering around Windows, Office 365 including Outlook and Teams, and other browser-based applications)

- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
