Requirements

Proven team leadership with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Experience in teller operations, including cash handling and financial transactions.
Strong customer service focus with a drive to build lasting relationships.
Ability to identify member needs and promote appropriate products/services.
Commitment to representing our brand and mission in the community.

Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Manage and coach the teller team to excel in service, accuracy, and sales performance.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Oversee teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.) ensuring positive, seamless member experiences.
Ensure Operational Accuracy: Maintain compliance, cash handling integrity, and timely processing of transactions.
Drive Sales & Referrals: Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs. Track teller sales/referrals to support team goals.
Train for Success: Mentor staff on fraud prevention, transaction accuracy, and member engagement.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Floridacentral Credit Union in the branch and the community, fostering trust and financial empowerment.
