About The Position

We are committed to providing high-quality child care and comprehensive education, health and well-being services to children from 6 weeks to 5 years. We are now hiring a Teacher to join us in our mission of creating a warm and supportive environment where children and families can thrive.

Requirements

Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education.
Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.
Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers.
Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom

$5,000 sign-on bonus payable in four installments ($1000 after completion of months 3, 6, 9 & $2000 after 1 year – external applicants only)
