About The Position

Keller Executive Search is seeking a talented and visionary Head of Visual Design to lead the creative direction of visual assets across all platforms. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage and inspire a team of designers to develop innovative visual concepts that elevate brand identity, enhance user experience, and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in visual design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and user-centered design.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within fashion, retail, or consumer products industries.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video production is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive visual design strategy aligned with the company's brand and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of visual designers, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and user experience teams to create compelling visual content for digital, print, and social channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across all communications and platforms.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve visual design practices.
  • Oversee production timelines, resource allocation, and design workflows to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
