As our future Head of User Acquisition , you will lead Yubo's user acquisition strategy globally, with a strong focus on performance marketing, creative strategy, ASO and channel diversification. Your mission is clear: improve acquisition efficiency in our core markets, reduce cost per registration, increase ROAS, and help us move toward a healthier media mix, with data to back it up. Spoiler alert, if you think it’s as simple as “more spend=good”, think again. You will manage a team of specialists across User Acquisition, creative strategists, all while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Brand Marketing. The role is both strategic and hands-on: setting direction, improving execution, and making sure we invest in the right levers with the right level of rigor. This role should suit someone who has already managed significant budgets for a consumer app, knows the specifics of US mobile acquisition, and is comfortable balancing performance discipline with creative ambition.
