About The Position

Frore Systems is looking for Head of US Datacenter Sales to strengthen the WW Business development and Sales team. This position reports to the Head of Worldwide Business Development and Sales. Frore Systems is a pioneer in advanced thermal technologies that unleash performance across data centers and edge devices. The company’s flagship solutions include LiquidJetTM, a multi -stage 3D short -loop jetchannel liquid cooling coldplate for data centers delivering higher GPU performance, improved PUE and reduced TCO. And AirJet®, the world’s first solid -state active cooling chip used in consumer, industrial, and IoT markets delivering higher performance in ultra -compact, silent, light, dustproof and water -resistant edge devices. As AI infrastructure scales, cooling has become a primary limiter of performance, efficiency, and cost. Frore Systems LiquidJetTM transforms the coldplate into a strategic system -level enabler, unlocking higher compute performance, improved PUE and reduced TCO. AI Data center hyperscalers can leverage LiquidJetTM in numerous ways depending on their business objectives: to increase GPU performance, slashing training time and maximizing token throughput, or, for optimizing for PUE, since LiquidJetTM can support much higher coolant inlet temperatures, eliminating the need for active chillers, saving power and maximizing revenue per MW in power constrained data centers. With LiquidJetTM, we are in the unique position of being the leader in the market with an innovative solution addressing a large and rapidly growing industry challenge. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales leader with a strong technical background in AI Data center Hyperscalers, GPU & SoC for AI data center, Data center server rack systems, liquid cooling solutions and ecosystems. As Head of US Datacenter Sales, you will be leading sales and business development activities in US, winning business opportunities, driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development at a high -tech h/w company.
  • Proven experience and track record of success in Sales to major US Hyperscalers and major US Tech H/W companies like Amazon AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Supermicro, HP, Dell, Broadcom, Marvell, Nvidia, AMD, Intel, Open AI, etc.
  • Track record of achieving 100s of millions of Dollars of annual sales revenue.
  • In -depth understanding of Data Center servers, Data center server liquid cooling solutions, AI data center infrastructure and ecosystems, GPU & SoC for AI Data centers.
  • Ability to develop key insights, articulate the story in a compelling manner and communicate to drive decisions based on understanding of customers.
  • Knowledge of thermal engineering.
  • Strategic thinker, hands -on mindset, and leadership to rally the team to drive Design -in & Design -win activities.
  • Self -starter, proactive problem solver
  • Having the energy to operate effectively as a team -of -one initially and build a high performing sales organization over time keeping pace with Company growth.
  • Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships from engineering to executive level.
  • Experience and understanding of sales & procurement process – terms & conditions, price negotiation, logistics and delivery, payment terms, NRE, and Purchase agreement etc.
  • People management and team building experience and skills - build, scale, and lead a high -performing sales team in the USac

Responsibilities

  • Representing Frore Systems to sell its Data center products in the US, expanding market presence.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new customers and winning new projects from existing customers.
  • Building strong relationships with key US hyperscalers, OEM/ODM server makers, Network switch makers, GPU & SoC makers and understanding their organizations and decision -making process.
  • Leading Design -in activities in close partnership with Customer Engineering Team and securing Design -win for commercial project engagement.
  • Recruiting and building an elite US Data center sales team over time, keeping pace with revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue & gross margin targets.
  • Setting sales targets, forecasting sales volumes and collaborating with the operations team to support on -time delivery and inventory management.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing competitive analysis on a regular basis.
