About The Position

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager, Managing Director reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales and Distribution - GlobalLINK. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that align with GlobalLINK’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key partners to drive growth, enhance market share and presence, and deliver mutual value.   • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Order Management Systems, Treasury Management Systems, Foreign Exchange Execution Venues, Money Fund Portals, Transaction Cost Analysis providers is preferred
  • Experience in financial technology sales, specifically relating to foreign exchange, money markets, ETFs is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners across GlobalLINK, including Fixed Income, FX, ETFs and Transaction Cost Analysis
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective partners to drive ROI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership strategies aligned with GlobalLINK’s objectives
  • Lead onboarding, negotiations, and manage agreements to completion
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
