About The Position

The Head of Strategic Communications Business Partners will oversee a team of communications professionals aligned to major enterprise initiatives, providing senior-level communications counsel to leaders and ensuring communications support operational execution, organizational change, and enterprise alignment. This role will also drive continuous improvement in how HealthEquity communicates by strengthening workflows, optimizing existing communications tools, and identifying opportunities to embed emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, insight generation, and communication effectiveness. Operating at the intersection of strategy, communications, and organizational transformation, this role ensures HealthEquity communicates effectively with teammates, leaders, members, and key stakeholders while reinforcing a consistent and high-quality member experience. This role will coach and develop a high-performing team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 13+ years of experience in corporate communications
  • Track record of managing teams and driving results in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated success developing measurable communications strategies tied to business outcomes
  • Proven ability to develop measurable communications strategies tied to business outcomes
  • Strong background supporting enterprise transformation and major strategic initiatives
  • Ability to advise and influence teammates at all levels of the organization
