RTR offers designer apparel and accessories from hundreds of brand partners and has built in-house proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind reverse logistics operation. Rent the Runway is hiring a senior leader who is a proven innovator at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience building audiences, developing content strategies, and turning engaged communities into measurable business outcomes. As Head of Social & Creators, you will own RTR's full social and creative vision — across every platform, partnership, and cultural touchpoint — reporting directly to Exec. We're looking for an entrepreneurial operator with the strategic range to set the vision and the execution chops to see it through. You'll lead a talented team, work cross-functionally at the highest levels of the organization, and help define a function that is becoming central to how modern brands grow. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives with autonomy, moves with urgency, and knows how to build.
