Role Overview Slip Robotics is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales organization during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Sales will drive new customer acquisition, build and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team, and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy across logistics, distribution, and manufacturing markets. This leader will help translate strong market demand into a scalable and predictable revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions (automation, robotics, industrial technology, or similar)
  • Experience selling into or managing accounts in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling technologies
  • Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own new customer acquisition and revenue growth across target markets
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Support strategic opportunities and executive-level customer relationships
  • Maintain strong pipeline generation and forecasting discipline
  • Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting frameworks
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve visibility and performance
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation and market positioning
  • Work with Account Management and Customer Success to support successful deployments and expansions
  • Provide customer insights to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities
