About The Position

Maneva is an AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, focused on transforming manufacturing operations through advanced AI. We enable autonomous factory operation and optimization by generating AI-driven actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems. Our solutions address real-world manufacturing challenges across product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and operational performance—delivering measurable impact without requiring heavy infrastructure changes. Maneva is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing regional sales organization focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth within the manufacturing sector. This role is critical to executing Maneva’s go-to-market strategy and advancing our mission to modernize manufacturing through AI. As Head of Sales, you will build, manage, and mentor regional sales teams, guide them through complex enterprise sales cycles, and expand Maneva’s presence across key manufacturing markets. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape sales strategy, drive execution, and accelerate customer adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial technology, including experience scaling a startup sales organization from early traction to significant revenue growth (e.g., $100M+).
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and production challenges.
  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong capability in ROI-based selling, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfort working with AI-driven solutions and translating technical value into business impact for diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support sales teams and engage with customers as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead regional sales teams across multiple cities.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ensure teams consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through ongoing coaching, enablement, and accountability.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Maneva’s overall business objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to create and continuously refine a localized, repeatable sales playbook.
  • Lead by example in strategic customer engagements, demonstrating strong consultative selling and deep understanding of manufacturing challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Maneva’s leadership team—including the CEO and CTO—to align sales execution with product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key manufacturing customers and strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, tailoring AI-driven solutions to address specific operational pain points.
  • Oversee and actively participate in the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close, ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Represent Maneva at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, positioning the company as a leader in AI-powered manufacturing solutions.
