Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling recruiting teams.
  • Experience hiring in North America and internationally.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting for growing sales functions.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to recruiting with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Strong business acumen and partnership with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for innovation and commitment to mission.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales to tailor scalable hiring strategies.
  • Deliver high caliber talent at speed in partnership with sales organizations.
  • Lead and grow a team of recruiters and sourcers focused on performance and development.
  • Build and optimize recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience.
  • Leverage data insights to monitor funnel health and inform decisions.
  • Design and execute strategic hiring initiatives for leadership roles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address hiring challenges and align strategies.
  • Support growth of recruiting infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement focused on quality of hire.
