This is a 0→1 role responsible for defining our outbound strategy, creating repeatable systems, and generating high-quality pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales Leadership to identify ICPs, refine messaging, and scale a high-performing SDR team that you will hire and develop. This role is ideal for someone who has built outbound engines before, knows how to hire and coach SDRs, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where speed and experimentation matter.
