About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack - an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale. We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Twitch, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.   • Quota crusher – You’ve personally generated millions in pipeline and know how to do it again, faster.
  • Player-coach – You can both execute and lead. You thrive in the trenches and know how to train others to do the same.
  • Systems thinker – You love designing processes, sequences, and data flows that scale.
  • Tech-enabled – You’re fluent in Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the latest outbound tools.
  • B2B SaaS native – You understand how to sell to founders, GTM leaders, and enterprise buyers.
  • Metrics-driven – You track every input and output across your funnel, and you’re obsessed with conversion rates.
  • Startup-tough – You are excited to work 70-80hrs/week, 6 days in office with the team.
  • AI-accelerated – You use automation and AI tools to multiply your output, not replace effort.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building SDR/BDR teams from scratch at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with full-cycle sales or AE roles (not just lead generation)
  • Deep experience using AI or automation in outbound (Clay, n8n, Zapier, etc.)
  • A track record of mentoring top-performing reps who went on to leadership roles
  • You’ve helped scale a GTM motion from $0 → $10M+ ARR

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound machine – Design and run the entire top-of-funnel system: targeting, messaging, automation, and execution across email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Carry a quota – Personally source and close strategic opportunities alongside founders and AEs.
  • Lead BDRs – Train and manage a small team of high-output BDRs, ensuring they exceed pipeline goals.
  • Build scalable playbooks – Systematize prospecting, outreach, and meeting booking processes that can scale 10x.
  • Partner with Growth & Marketing – Align outbound campaigns with paid, content, and event channels to maximize conversion.
  • Run experiments fast – Test messaging, cadences, and automation stacks (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, n8n) to continuously improve output.
  • Lead from the front – Be the most active rep on the floor, showing the team what elite outbound looks like.
  • Coach constantly – Build a culture of speed, accountability, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the CEO, Head of Growth, and Head of Marketing to align on GTM strategy and execution.
