About The Position

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Representative to support the expansion of our commercial cleaning services in Savannah, GA. This role offers a combination of business development and operational involvement, making it a strong fit for someone with experience in both sales and the commercial cleaning industry. </p> The person in this role will be responsible for finding and securing new commercial clients while helping maintain excellent service for existing accounts. You will introduce potential customers to our carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and restoration services, prepare proposals, and close sales. You will also assist with scheduling, job oversight, and occasionally help perform services when extra support is needed. </p> This is an opportunity to take on a hands -on role and help drive growth in an expanding market.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required)
  • Previous B2B or service sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, or restoration work
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing sales responsibilities with operational support
  • Self -starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Previous B2B or service sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new commercial customers through outreach, networking, and site visits
  • Meet with prospective clients to discuss carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery, and restoration services
  • Prepare service proposals and convert leads into new business
  • Maintain customer relationships and record activity in the company CRM system
  • Provide operational support by assisting with cleaning and restoration projects when necessary
  • Monitor job quality and ensure all work is completed according to company standards
  • Support technicians with scheduling, coordination, and day -to -day operational needs
