About The Position

We are seeking a driven Sales & Operations Coordinator to help grow our commercial cleaning business in Savannah, GA. This position combines sales, customer relationship management, and operational support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with industry knowledge and a background in business development. In this role, you will focus on developing new commercial accounts while helping ensure smooth day -to -day operations and high -quality service delivery. You will meet with prospective clients, present our cleaning and restoration services, prepare proposals, and win new business. You will also assist in coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, and stepping in to help with cleaning or restoration work when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and operations and wants to contribute directly to the growth of a developing market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry required
  • Prior sales experience in B2B, facility services, or another service -based environment
  • Familiarity with carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning, or restoration services
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and support a growing team
  • Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Generate new commercial business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and in -person visits
  • Present carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and restoration solutions to potential clients
  • Create quotes and proposals, follow up with leads, and close new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage opportunities within the CRM
  • Assist with service delivery for carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery, and restoration projects as needed
  • Help oversee daily job execution and ensure all work meets company quality expectations
  • Coordinate with technicians on schedules, customer needs, and operational priorities
