About The Position

As Canva continues to grow and expand globally, our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role within the broader Order-to-Cash ecosystem. Revenue Operations leads the governance and execution of deal economics, approvals, provisioning, order execution, and downstream handoffs across the revenue lifecycle. We partner closely with Systems, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure our commercial processes scale effectively. Our goal is to enable enterprise growth with speed and discipline while maintaining strong governance, operational rigor, and trusted data across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Strategy Lead to oversee Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Provisioning, and Order Management, and to design a scalable roadmap that empowers our Sales team to move fast while maintaining strong financial discipline and governance. You’ll set clear guardrails for pricing and terms, streamline approval workflows, ensure clean activation and entitlements, while building strong, scalable foundations across deal operations, provisioning, and order management. Partnering closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Finance, Legal, Systems, and Order-to-Cash stakeholders, you’ll enable automation, improve workflows, and strengthen operational controls. This role is for a strategic, hands-on operator who drives efficiency, accuracy, and clarity through data and technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success improving deal velocity while maintaining strong governance and controls.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess deal structures and economics.
  • Experience scaling processes and automation within Salesforce, CPQ, and provisioning/order systems.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, aligning Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems around simple, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop global teams across Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Provisioning, and Order Management, fostering ownership and operational excellence.
  • Enable faster deal cycles by defining clear pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and standardized commercial playbooks.
  • Improve deal economics through data-driven insights on discounting, incentives, and commercial structures.
  • Design scalable, automated workflows across CPQ, provisioning, and order management to reduce friction and operational risk.
  • Ensure clean activation, accurate entitlements, and seamless handoffs across Billing, Support, and Revenue Accounting within the OTC process.
