Location: San Francisco, California (hybrid). Expected in-office at least once a week. How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision MarqVision is seeking a strategic, operationally rigorous, and hands-on leader to partner closely with the Global Head of Finance, GTM leadership and the executive team to build and scale revenue operations for our next stage of growth. This role will report into the Global Head of Finance. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will bridge the gap between sales velocity and financial accuracy, ensuring our systems and processes support our strategic focus on driving sustainable growth. You will own the “rules of the game” for the GTM organizations–leading the Deal Desk, implementing and optimizing critical systems, and owning revenue intelligence and analytical insights. This is both a builder role and a strategic partner role. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to build systems from scratch; specific experience leading CPQ implementations (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, etc.) is highly desired.
  • Strong track record of driving the adoption of new systems and processes (CPQ, Comp Plans, etc.) through comprehensive training, documentation, and change management.
  • Strong financial literacy (basic understanding of ASC 606) to effectively partner with the Finance organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate firmly on Deal Desk terms while empowering Sales and CS to win.
  • Bias toward action: scrappy, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where governance must be built in real-time.
  • Leadership potential: experience managing projects or small teams, with a desire to grow into a team-building role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM Infrastructure Roadmap: Evaluate, implement, and optimize our GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, CS tools, etc.).
  • Lead the Deal Desk Function: Act as the central orchestrator for cross-functional deal review to ensure operational feasibility and stakeholder alignment during a sales process.
  • Design and Optimize Incentive Strategy: Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to design and roll out compensation plans that align incentives with company valuation drivers.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and roll out foundational strategic initiatives–territory planning, funnel stages, named account list and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Operationalize Post-Sales: Define the data architecture for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, building automated tracking for Customer Health Scores and a robust renewal forecasting cadence.
  • Streamline Order-to-Cash: Collaborate with Finance to reduce friction from booking to invoice to cash while ensuring audit-ready data integrity.
  • Lead Revenue Intelligence: Own analytics across key growth drivers, identifying levers and recommending strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class Revenue Operations team over time
