Serving more than 1,500 customers across the commercial, civil, and defense aerospace markets, Ontic employs over 1,300 people across seven sites and four time zones. Since 2019, we have more than doubled in size and continue to grow at pace. Our Creedmoor, NC site is home to several specialist businesses within the Ontic Group, including Firstmark, Twin Commander, and Metro Merlin, forming a key hub of expertise and operational excellence. We are seeking a Head of Revenue Management – East Coast to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Management, this onsite role in Creedmoor, NC will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue strategy and performance across the region. The position is responsible for leading and delivering pricing objectives, including financial performance and turnaround time requirements, across all East Coast FN sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling tools
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools including excel.
  • Experience working in a global cross-functional team
  • High energy, self starting individual who is inspired by the opportunity to learn in a fast moving and entrepreneurial business

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability for the East coast business
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, platform forecasts and customer data to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, business unit and finance teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain effective pricing models to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demand, and cost factors.
  • Drive improvement in quote turnaround time process, through use of automation driving customer and business improvement.
  • Lead the monthly pricing review for the site, reporting performance, identifying opportunities and strategies for the site to explore.
  • Support the monthly global pricing review presentation to Ontic Executive Leadership team
  • Lead robust monthly reporting and present results to site leadership and global executive leaders.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue management and quote administration.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting revenue performance, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Pricers, Estimators, and Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the execution of revenue management strategies.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
