The Head of Retail Services Marketing leads the vision, planning and strategy that brings Apple Services—like Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, iCloud and more—to life across Apple Retail physical & digital store environments. This role partners with the Apple Retail Marketing team to create impactful Apple Services experiences that drive education, acquisition & engagement worldwide. DESCRIPTION Lead a team that brings Apple Services to life across physical and digital retail touch points. Set the vision and define short- and long-term goals for Services within Apple Retail. Partner with Services LOBs to prioritize and activate high-impact opportunities. Build alignment across teams and drive unified strategy and execution. Streamline cross-functional processes to boost speed, efficiency, and scale. Partner with internal creative teams to develop Service-focused assets. Establish KPIs and reporting to measure impact on Services growth.
