Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related Science field
  • 5+ years of progressive Quality Management experience, specifically with high-spec aerospace quality policies and audit exposure
  • Deep technical expertise in interpreting complex military and aerospace specifications (ASME, ASTM, API)
  • A "System-Builder" mindset with the ability to take an existing QMS and elevate it to meet the standards of "Primes" like Boeing and Lockheed Martin
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes meetings and influence quality culture on the manufacturing floor
  • US citizenship or Green Card status with residency within a 45-minute drive of Waukesha, WI

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the quality management system (QMS), ensuring 100% compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards while aggressively pursuing Nadcap accreditation
  • Act as the primary technical authority for all internal, customer, and third-party accreditation audits, ensuring the organization maintains its "Zero Defects" policy
  • Champion continuous improvement by managing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and translating complex customer specifications into actionable internal policies
  • Serve as the Management Representative, reporting directly to top-tier leadership on system performance, health, and the incremental steps needed for technical growth
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all processing departments
