The Head of Property Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing, retail-based property sales organization that maximizes revenue, velocity, and certainty of close. Modeled after the Keller Williams “Rainmaker” approach and adapted to the client’s vertically integrated investment and retail sales structure, this leader owns execution of on-market and off-market sales plays across a consistent, high-volume inventory (approximately 30–40 transactions per month). The role is central to transforming existing deal flow into a scalable, predictable retail sales engine capable of supporting a $100M+ annual retail operation by the end of 2027 through disciplined execution, systems, and best-in-class sales leadership.
