About The Position

A leading financial technology firm is seeking a strategic and high-impact Head of Sales to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and scale the adoption of next-generation stablecoin infrastructure. This is a "player-coach" role designed for a leader who excels at driving complex enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring and managing a high-performing sales and partnerships team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will define and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the organization’s presence across the fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and crypto ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating senior-level relationships with decision-makers at financial institutions, exchanges, and infrastructure platforms to drive the integration of digital dollar solutions. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading or executing sales and partnership strategies within fintech, banking, or payments sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and navigating the regulatory and technical nuances of financial infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a team experienced in selling to sophisticated financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in implementing top-tier pipeline management, performance analytics, and scalable sales operations.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and communicate complex technical value propositions clearly.
  • A "builder" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a robust go-to-market strategy targeting the fintech, banking, corporate, and payments sectors.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management: Set and exceed ambitious revenue targets while maintaining pipeline health, accurate forecasting, and data-driven sales processes.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate senior-level relationships with leaders at financial institutions, fintech platforms, exchanges, and wallets to structure win-win collaborations.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and consultative selling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging, pricing, and product-market fit based on market feedback.
  • Market Representation: Represent the organization at industry conferences and client engagements to enhance brand presence and drive adoption of the core product stack.
