We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Program Management to lead and grow our Program Management capability area. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in managing complex programs, driving organizational excellence, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results in high-stakes environments.

Requirements

10+ years of Program Management experience in complex, multi-program environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a STEM field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience with DoD contracting mechanisms and Five Eyes nations contracting process
Demonstrated ability to lead a large matrixed organization while managing multiple complex programs.
Strong understanding of Program Management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in high-level P&L management and financial oversight.
Expertise in EVM principles and application while managing program risks.
Ability to manage, mentor and grow high-performing teams both directly and indirectly.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Valid US Passport and Driver’s License
TS/SCI Clearance Eligibility

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and frameworks developments across the organization.
Manage large teams, including direct and indirect reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive adherence to program management principles, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
Oversee high-level P&L management and ensure financial performance targets are met.
Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) principles across programs.
Mentor and develop program management talent, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) contracting mechanisms and Five Eyes nations contracting requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape program strategies and capability development.
Establish and govern Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive organizational performance and accountability.
Portfolio reporting responsibility and governance across all programs within the capability area.
