Endurance is pioneering a new category of energy by building the world's first modular seafloor geothermal power plants. Backed by First Round Capital and Point72 Ventures, with a founding team from SpaceX, Helion, and Robinhood, we have completed multiple deep ocean test deployments and are launching our generation pilot this year. We are 20 people, all of whom are exceptional, and we need to double this year without lowering the bar. This is not a "fix recruiting" role. We have a high functioning interview process, a team of leaders who show up for hiring, and an ATS that works. What we need is someone who can take all of that and make it scale. You will own the people function across recruiting, culture, compensation, and organizational design as we grow from 20 to 100 people across multiple geographies. Eventually you will hire and manage an HR operations person to handle onboarding and daily administration so you can stay focused on strategy. You will also have a seat at the table for how we build our internal culture.
